We've catered to this hard-to-reach consumer by offering monthly go-to guide with
information on local events, training, tips and gear. Over time the magazines have
expanded their content to provide valuable information on al facets of the active lifestyle
and have become the leading regional voice of authority for active America.
Our advertisers then began asking for ways to reach this consumer beyond the pages
of our publications. As a result we became the solution. We leveraged our existing
relationships and utilized 15 publications within the Gen-A Network to provide our

who is Gen-A?
Gen-A, or Generation Active, represents a community of more than 41 million
individuals between the ages of 18 and 54 who participate in active recreational
sports/fitness activities 100+ days per year (or two or more times per week).

innovative ways to improve their mind, body and health. Due to the busy lifestyle of the
